TURISMO	TOURISM
1. Presentar su pasaporte con vigencia mínima de tres (3) meses, en buen estado, con hojas en blanco.	1. Passport with available pages, and valid for least three (3) months.
2. Dos (2) fotocopias de las páginas usadas del pasaporte que contengan información.	2. Two (2) photocopies of the pages of the passport containing information.

3b- Dos (2) originales del Formato de resumen del contrato para Visa de trabajo completamente diligenciado y firmado.	3b- Two (2) originals of the Summary of the contract Form completely filled out, and duly signed.
4- Dos (2) fotografías recientes, de frente, a color, fondo claro (tamaño pasaporte)	4- Two (2) recent color passport-type photographs.
5- Original del contrato, o acto administrativo, o acuerdo de vinculación,según sea el caso, cuando el extranjero sea contratado por empresa, entidad o institución privada o pública. En el caso del Extranjero que sea trasladado de la casa matriz a la filial, sucursal o agencia en Colombia, deberá presentar nota de la entidad comercial o industrial en que especifique el cargo que viene ocupar. Si el documento no se encuentra escrito en español debe ser traducida y la traducción debe estar apostillada y notarizada.	5- Original copy of the work contract, administrative act, or joining agreement -depending on the case- if the applicant is hired by a company, or a public or private entity. If the applicant is transferred from his/her company's headquarters to a branch office in Colombia, he or she should submit a letter from the company stating the position that the applicant will hold within the company.
6- Nota original de empresa, entidad o institución publica o privada contratante mediante la cual se compromete ante el Gobierno Nacional a sufragar todos los gastos de regreso al país de origen o al ultimo país de residencia del extranjero contratado, así como de su familia, si es del caso, al termino del contrato, o cuando proceda la cancelación de la visa, la deportación o la expulsión, según lo dispuesto en el Decreto 4000 del 30 de Noviembre de 2004. Si no se encuentra escrita en español debe ser traducida y la traducción debe estar apostillada y notarizada.	6- Original letter from the employer, or private or public entity stating the company's assumption of all expenses incurred in the return of the applicant (as well as his/her relatives if necessary) to his/her country of residence at the termination of contract or when either visa cancellation, deportation or expulsion occurs, according to decree 4000 from November 30th of 2004. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
7- Certificado de existencia y representación legal o documento valido que acredite la personería jurídica, según el caso, cuando el contratante sea persona jurídica, expedido con una antelación no mayor a 3 meses.	7- Original of the certificate of legal existence of the company. In the United States: This is an original "CERTIFICATE OF CORPORATE EXISTENCE", issued by the "SECRETARY OF STATE", at the state in which the company was incorporated. This certificate must be updated (issued within the last three (3) months) and certified with an APOSTILLE from the Secretary of State of the State where it was issued. In Colombia: This is an original "CERTIFICATE OF CORPORATE EXISTENCE", issued in the city where the company was incorporated. This certificate must be updated (issued within the last three months). If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
8- Certificación del Ministerio de la Protección Social, donde conste que con la incorporación del extranjero se respeta la proporcionalidad entre trabajadores nacionales y extranjeros, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, salvo cuando se trate de grupos culturales, espectáculo publico, deportivo o artístico. Así mismo se exonera de este requisito cuando la entidad contratante sea un órgano, entidad o institución del Estado.	8- Original of the certification letter issued by the Colombian Social Protection Ministry indicating that the addition of the applicant to the company respects the established proportion between Colombian employees and foreign employees according to what is established by the Substantive Work Code (Certificado de Proporcionalidad). Not applicable to cultural groups or public events such as athletic or artistic ones. This request is also exonerated when the employer is a Colombian entity or institution.
9- Fotocopia autentica del titulo profesional debidamente legalizado o apostillado según el caso.	9- Notarized Copy of the Diploma(s), if it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
10- Permiso provisional o licencia para ejercer en Colombia la profesión o actividad respectiva, otorgada por la autoridad competente según el caso. (Certificado de Idoneidad)	10- Professional license or document showing experience or qualification issued by the proper authority. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
*- Para ejercer la profesión o actividad autorizada en la visa, el extranjero deberá cumplir con los mismos requisitos exigidos para los nacionales colombianos, consagrados en las normas vigentes y aportara los documentos que le permitan el ejercicio de la profesión respectiva, tales como la homologación o convalidación del titulo profesional ante la autoridad correspondiente y la matricula o tarjeta profesional o constancia de la experiencia según sea el caso.	*- In order to exercise the profession or activity authorized in the visa, the foreigner (applicant) should comply with the same requirements asked to Colombians which are established in the present regulations. The foreigner (applicant) should submit the documents that allow him or her it exercise his/her professional degree ant eh professional license or certificate of experience whichever applies.
*- Para aquellas profesiones u oficios no regulados, que el extranjero pretenda desarrollar en Colombia, deberá acreditar experiencia o idoneidad mediante la presentación de constancias de trabajo.	*- Foreigners pretending to perform in unregulated professions or trades should accredit their experience or proficiency though the submittal of proof of work.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: Cuando se trate de un grupo artístico, deportivo o cultural, que pretenda ingresar al país con el propósito de brindar espectáculo público, se expedirá  la Visa Temporal Trabajador hasta por seis (6) meses, previa presentación, en un ejemplar, de los documentos indicados en los numerales 1,2 y 3

5- Carta original del representante  legal de la empresa  que acredite  al extranjero, precisando  la actividad a desarrollar, indicando el cargo  que ocupa  dentro de la organización  y en la que manifieste  que se hace  responsable de este  durante  su permanencia  en el país. Notarizada y apostillada, según el caso.**	5- Original  letter from legal  representative  of the company stating the name  and position  of the applicant, detailed purpose of the trip and indicating the company’s  commitment to assume  full financial responsibility during his/her stay in the country. 5.2 Carta de la persona natural en la que manifiesten las razones  de su solicitud, respaldada por documentos que demuestren  solvencia económica para realizar  negocios en el país.** Notarizada y apostillada, según el caso.	5.2. 5.3  Carta  de la entidad Colombiana  de   carácter publico o privado que promueva  la visita  del extranjero, y manifieste que se hace  responsable  del extranjero durante  su permanencia  en Colombia. ARTISTAS.	ARTISTS.
Para grupos artísticos, deportivos o culturales, que pretendan ingresar al país con el propósito de brindar espectáculo público, se expedirá una Visa Temporal Trabajador hasta por seis (6) meses.	Artistic, sportive or cultural groups, which want to visit the country to perform a public show, will receive a Temporary Working Visa up to six (6) months

6- Prueba de la dependencia económica. Debe estar notarizada y, si no es expedido en Colombia, con apostilla.	6- Proof of economic dependence. Notarized and with the seal of apostille.
7- Nota por la cual el Titular de la visa se hace responsable de la permanencia del Beneficiario y su salida del país.	7- Original of the letter by which the beneficiary of the Visa assumes responsibility for the stay of the beneficiary, as well as for his exit of the country. Valor: Los derechos a pagar son los mismo de la Visa que tenga el Titular que pide la calidad de beneficiario para su familiar (Efectivo o Money Order)	Fee: It is the same as the cost of the main visa holder (Cash or Money Order)

VOLUNTARIO.	VOLUNTEER
1- Presentar su pasaporte con vigencia minima de tres (3) meses, en buen estado, con hojas en blanco.	1- Passport with available pages, and valid for at least three (3) months.
2- Dos (2) fotocopias de las páginas usadas del pasaporte que contengan información.	2- Two (2) photocopies of the pages of  the passport containing information.
3- Dos (2) originales del Formato de Aplicación de Visa completamente diligenciado y firmado.	3- Two (2) originals of the Visa Application Form completely filled out, and duly signed.
4- Dos (2) fotografías recientes, de frente, a color, fondo claro (tamaño pasaporte)	4- Two (2) recent color passport-type photographs.
5- Carta de la entidad sin animo de lucro u organización No Gubernamental, o de la Misión u Organismo Internacional, indicando la actividad que el extranjero viene a desarrollar en el país, el programa de trabajo que va a realizar en el que se especifique su duración, la agenda prevista y las instituciones y entidades publicas o privadas con las cuales pretenda entrevistarse. Si no se encuentra escrita en español debe ser traducida y la traducción debe estar apostillada y notarizada.	5- Original letter from the non-profit entity or Non-Governmental Organization, or from the Diplomatic Mission, or International Organization, indicating the activity that the foreigner is going to perform in the country, the work program that he/she is going to fulfill, specifying its duration, the foreseen plan of work, and the institutions and public or private entities which he/she intends to meet. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
6- Certificado de existencia y representación legal de la entidad sin ánimo de lucro u Organización No Gubernamental, expedida por la autoridad competente colombiana, con una antelación no mayor a 30 días.	6- Original of the certificate of legal representation and existence of the non-profit or Non-Governmental Organization, issued by a competent Colombian authority, and not older than thirty days.
7- Documentos con los cuales se demuestre la solvencia económica del extranjero.	7- Documents that show evidence of economic solvency of the applicant. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
8- Documentos con los cuales se compruebe que el extranjero es miembro de la Organización No Gubernamental. Si no se encuentra escrita en español debe ser traducida y la traducción debe estar apostillada y notarizada.	8- Documents that show evidence that the foreign applicant is a member of the Non-Governmental Organization -NGO. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
9- Documentos, registros o certificaciones con los cuales el extranjero compruebe experiencia previa e idoneidad, concordante con las actividades que pretenda desarrollar en nuestro país.	9- Documents, records or certificates by which the foreigner shows proof of his previous experience and qualifications in accordance with the activities that he/she intends to perform in our country. If it is in a language different than Spanish must be translated and this translation notarized and with the seal of apostille as well.
*- Cuando la entidad o la ONG no tenga sede en Colombia el interesado deberá aportar copia certificada de la escritura de constitución y representación, o del instrumento que acredite su existencia y representación debidamente traducida al español y legalizada ante el Consulado Colombiano correspondiente, o apostillada, según sea el caso, donde conste que dicha organización tiene una antigüedad no inferior a cinco (5) años, contados a partir de la fecha de su constitución, o demuestre que cuenta con status consultivo del Consejo Económico y Social de la organización de las Naciones Unidas.	*- When the entity or the NGO does not have jurisdiction in our country, it must submit a certified copy of the constitutional deed or the document that credits its existence, duly translated to Spanish. It must offer evidence that the said organization has been in existence for not less than five years, from the date of its constitution, or has consulting status from the Social Council of the United Nations Organization (U.N). This document must be apostilled.
